University Park Playground, Kingsley Street, St Albans
The playground is set outside the main part of University Park School which is surrounded by high fences to stop access to the school. However, the playground is accessible to the general public.
The playground has a huge climbing wall, long rigid flying fox, zig-zag balance beam, log roll, two vertical square chain climbing frames, high monkey rungs, stepping stones and a climbing fence with four upside down U shaped ladders. No swings. Shelter with table, unshaded table and seats and next to an oval and cricket nets. The best advice I can give is to avoid recess time and lunchtime.
