The Reading Bees Early Literacy Program uses music, craft, drama and games to teach the alphabet sounds, blending these sounds together to make words, handwriting and much more.
What is the benefit to your child? The small group, one hour, weekly sessions will enable your child to:
- Start school with confidence
- Know about letters and sounds - how the alphabet works
- Know the starting position and letter formation of the alphabet
- Read simple decodable text
- Understand a small group routine
Who is it for? The Reading Bees Early Literacy Program is for all children starting primary school (prep) next year. If your child has started Prep and is not making progress, we also offer literacy programs to help make a difference.
