Yarrawonga Foreshore Water Splash Park

Update Jan 2023: The iconic water slide reached the end of its usable life and has been removed. The water splash park is being extended.

Located on picturesque Lake Mulwala, amenities, beside the waterslide and splash Park, also located on site include BBQ's, playgrounds, water tap, shaded seating areas, public toilets and rotunda.

The splash park is pretty basic with a circle of concrete which has a single spray ring and a lot of water jets from the ground. Nevertheless, its fun for the kids and is shaded with some shade sails.

The water slide is good fun and very reasonably priced. You can pick up quite a lot of air on the last corner if you manage to get some speed up on the way down. It is possible for adults to go down the slide together with kids which is a great for younger kids who might otherwise not be able to go down the slide.

Around the slide area is some basic playground equipment (this seems like a great area to have a super playground), grassy areas with trees, water tap, toilets and a kiosk which is open for about the same time as the slide.
