Yarrawonga - Chinamans Island Walking Track
A two kilometre return walk to Chinaman's Island from the Yarrawonga Yacht Club offers a leisurely stroll and a close-up view of numerous bird species in the wetlands. Birdlife is abundant in this area and you're likely to see cockatoos, pelicans, galahs, ibis and more.
Seating is provided along the walk and there is signage at the entrance to the island to help interpret some of the species you may encounter.
Motor vehicles are prohibited on Chinaman's Island. The track is accessible in all conditions and is an easy walk for all ages. Furthur pathways can be journeyed along to see more of Lake Mulwala.
