Yallambie Tennis Club

Yallambie Tennis Club is a family friendly club situated at Yallambie Park. The club was established in 1971 and is an incorporated association run by its members.

The club has 6 en-tout-cas courts that are floodlit and can be used for night tennis. There is a spacious clubhouse and an outdoor BBQ area for members to enjoy after their matches.

Competition and social tennis is available with numerous playing opportunities for junior and senior players of all standards.

Coaching is also available whether you are a beginner or an experienced player who wants to work on your technique.

Competitions
Yallambie Tennis Club has teams playing in many different inter club competitions, during the week, on weeknights and at weekends. There are two competition seasons each year of approximately 14 weeks each - spring and autumn.

Junior competition - We have multiple boys' teams and girls' teams playing in the North Eastern Junior Tennis Association (NEJTA) Saturday morning competition. We also have a junior team in the Diamond Valley Tennis Association (DVTA) Friday night competition.

Night competition - There are eleven teams playing in the North Eastern Night Tennis Group (NENTG): five men's vets teams, three women's teams and three teams of mixed doubles.

We also have two teams in the Diamond Valley Tennis Association (DVTA) Monday night mixed competition.

Pennant - This season, Yallambie has entered two teams in the Tennis Victoria Pennant competition.

Coaching
Fireball Tennis provides coaching at Yallambie Tennis Club to suit all ages and ability levels from beginner to experienced players at the elite level. Coaching is available seven days per week in group sessions or private lessons.

Court Hire
Members of the public may hire the courts at Yallambie Tennis Club to play a game of tennis or for a social event such as a birthday party.
