Wyndham Park Outdoor Gym (Werribee)

There are two gym stations in the park. Along the top of the hill near the toilets is a station with log roll, chest press, lay pull down and hip swing (2x).
Below the main adventure playground towards the river is another station with sit-up board, leg press, flag pole, Roman rings, pull-up bar, chin-up, scaling wall and step-ups.
There are toilets, picnic facilities and water taps in the park.
