Wodonga - Sumsion Gardens (Belvoir Park)
A lovely location with a lake, water birds, gardens, picnic tables, shelters, BBQs, toilets, water taps and a great Belvoir playground
A bridge leads to an island with a pergola with a table which is close to a fountain in the lake which sprays water high into the air.
There is a Celebration Garden and sculpture to celebrate the lives of those touched by cancer in the community.
You should see a lot of different water birds although you are advised not to feed them since they can become aggressive.
Along the lake are shelters with tables, unshaded tables, shelter with BBQ, toilets and more lovely gardens with the trees nicely labelled.
