Wodonga Creek Miniature Railway
Lake Hume Model Engineering Incorporated is a Model Engineering Club located in the Albury-Wodonga area which operates a 5' and 7 1/4' Railway and Steam Road Vehicles. Minuature train rides for the public are provided once a month.
Why not bring a picnic lunch and make a day of it. Tea and coffee, cold drinks, sweets and souvenirs are available from the ticket office.
Located at Diamond Park.
Note: Fully enclosed footwear MUST be worn by all passengers. No thongs or bare feet.
Children under 6 years of age must be acompanied by an adult.
Opening Hours:
Running Days are the 3rd Sunday of each month excluding January.
11am - 3:30pm (ticket window closes at 3:20pm)
No trains will operate on days where the temperature is forecast over 38C
No steam power trains will operate on a total fire ban day.

Review:
The track layout is a bit like a figure eight with some extensions and the tracks criss-cross at some points. There is also a tunnel which the train passes through. There is a nice long roofed train platform and a picnic area with three unshaded tables.
