Will Will Rook Dog Off Leash Area (Broadmeadows)
There is a small car park on the north side of Camp Road beside the Will Will Rook Pioneer Cemetery which is believed to date back to 1852. There are a number of old headstones and thousands of people buried in the cemetery without headstones. Definitely not a place for dogs to be digging!
Next to the carpark is a bin, unshaded tables and water tap without a bowl. 10m away is another water tap which has a drip which forms a puddle in the ground - so water bowl problem solved. The pioneer cemetery runs along the east side of the reserve and the Merlynston Creek runs along the west side. The grassy area dotted with trees extends for 700m until a fence is reached. There is long grass beside the creek. There is a bridge across the creek which leads north to Seabrook Reserve.
