Highlands Lake Playground, Waterview Boulevard, Craigieburn
Interesting area for the kids. The main structure is a big wooden ramp with two wave slides, metal slide, speak and listen system, spiral ladder, climbing wall, fireman's pole, chain ladder, tunnel and windmill. At the end a walkway leads to a big water tank with a metal slide which is also accessible via a ladder inside the tank.
There is a smaller structure with inclined ramps, speak and listen system, walkway, rope ladder and wide wave slide. In addition there are two springers, a humongous sized red tractor and swings including one with a harness.
BBQ, water tap and shelter with three tables. Grassy area and next to a lake with lots of waterbirds. Lovely series of waterfalls flow into the lake.
Located near the corner of Craigieburn Road and Waterview Boulevard.
