Vermont South Community House

Vermont South Community provides a diverse range of courses and activities for people of all ages and from a broad section of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds and abilities.

Vermont South Community House offers a range of quality and affordable courses and activities from adult education, recreational and leisure activities, to child care and family support. Classes and groups are designed to encourage community based learning and support in a friendly and welcoming environment. Through participation at Vermont South Community House people can build social connections and networks and develop a sense of community spirit.

In addition to the wide variety of courses and activities offered every week, the Vermont South Community House also offers child care during the school term. The child care is available for parents attending classes at the Community House during the morning and for those wishing to 'take a break' and pursue other interests/needs.

The Community House is also available to hire for pre-school birthday parties, meetings for not-for-profit organisations and training for commercial organisations (conditions apply) during times when the House has not scheduled regular classes and activities.

The Community House is able to provide a photocopying, faxing and emailing service for a small charge. Professional word processing services may be arranged by negotiation.
