Vermont Reserve Playground, Canterbury Road, Vermont

The playground is perched above the oval in one corner of the reserve. A thin tower has a big twisting tunnel slide which is reached by rope or metal ladders to the first level platform and then some steps. The platform has a curved slide and at the bottom there two colourful xylophones, '4 in a Row' board and a tricky panel where you turn around some circles and make three animal shapes.
There is also a metal climbing frame with big arch, high steep parallel bars, fireman's pole and rope net ladder, spinning carousel, springer for four small kids, birds nest swing, standard swings and a balance trail.
Unshaded seats. Next to busy Canterbury Road but there is a fence with a gate.
