Tunstall Park Playground, Luckie Street, Nunawading

The kids used to love this playground which had a train theme. The train playground has been replaced but all has been forgiven since the new playground is a lot of fun.

The extensive play equipment is complemented by nice landscaping with rocks, logs and plants. The main structure has a spiral slide, dual wave slides, a single wave slide, high scrambling wall, high fireman's pole, rope net bridge, shop front, tunnel, wooden walkway, hanging disk traverse, monkey bars, net climbing frame and trail of stepping logs and rocks.

There is a lotus leaf spinner with hand wheel, birds nest swing, four person rocker with a maze in the centre (bring a small ball and see if you can work together to get the ball in the middle of the maze before your patience wears out).

There are four swings including one with a harness. Unshaded seats and a huge grassy area dotted with trees.
