Gymnastics for pre-school aged children
Age: 3 - 5 years
Class Length: 45 minutes - 1 hour (dependant on age)
Adult helper required: Yes (dependant on class)

EduGym
Gymnastics for school aged children in Prep +
Age: 5+ years (Prep +)
Class Length: 1 - 1.5 hours

UrbanGym
Street style gymnastics for school aged children
Age: 5+ years (Prep +)
Class Length: 1 hour +

Trident Squad
A select entry competitive program following the AGC Leagues program
Age: 7+ years
Training Hours: 5+ Hours/Week

Programs

PlayGym
PlayGym allows participants to use our gymnastics facility at their own pace.

This non-structured program runs as a free play session, allowing the kids to swing on the bars, jump into the foam pit, build a cubby house or whatever their imagination allows! Activities in the gym will differ between sessions to challenge, motivate and capture the interest and imaginations of participants.

Play is vital to the development of children and has been shown to have a direct correlation with success when commencing school. Learning through play is the primary mode by which children learn about their bodies and it's movement capabilities, as well as serving as the facilitator of cognitive thinking and acting to develop both fine and gross motor skills!

A qualified gymnastics coach is always on hand to make sure everyone is keeping safe and having fun.
