The Parachute School (Connewarre)

Tandem Skydiving is a half-day introductory jump to the wonderful world of skydiving. After completing your paperwork you are trained and briefed with a highly experienced Tandem Master.

You enjoy a 15-20 minute flight around the local area climbing to between 10,000 and 14,000 ft. Shortly before exit you are geared up and harnessed to the Tandem Master. At your exit altitude, you leave the place enjoying an exciting ride in free fall for up to 1 minute, reaching speeds of up to 220 km per hour.

The instructor opens your parachute at 4,000 ft and you enjoy a scenic ride to the ground. This lasts for approximately 5-8 minutes.

This is an excellent way to experience the thrill of skydiving without having to worry about all the work involved. Our camera & still photography service is available for your first Tandem jump.

Browse around and get involved with others or watch the many activities on site, why not make a full day of it? Invite your friends and family to see your first jump. You are welcome to use our BBQ facilities at the centre.
