The Guild Art Gallery

Founded in 1991 and run entirely by its member artists as a cooperative, the Gallery is an enduring and vibrant feature of the Mornington Peninsula arts scene. Participating artists share a common membership of the McClelland Guild of Artists and have come together with a shared passion for painting.

The gallery's main emphasis is on traditional art offering original paintings covering a wide range of subjects and mediums. Because we operate on a not-for-profit basis, our visitors regularly express their surprise at the quality of paintings for such reasonable prices and as exhibited work continually changes as purchased work is replaced, many sales result from established clients and through personal recommendations.

One or two artists are always on hand to help, inform and share the pleasures of their creativity with visitors, many of whom delight in telling us that our works are displayed in their own collections or those of their friends and relatives throughout Australia and overseas.

Original unframed work is also available allowing art-lovers to purchase quality paintings at most affordable prices for later framing to suit their individual taste. Cards and miniatures are also featured as ideal gifts for travellers and bargain-hunters.
