Tara Reserve Dog Off Leash Area (Hastings)

A fairly large square, grassy area with quiet roads on three sides. A concrete path runs diagonally through the area with a couple of seats. There are a number of trees scattered about and a bin beside the path. There is no water tap or playground - just you and your dog!
