Tally Ho Reserve Playground, Bennett Avenue, Mount Waverley
There was a really nice boat shaped playground structure at the south side of the reserve which was pulled down and a new inferior playground was built in the north west corner of the reserve in June 2016. A case of two steps backwards and one step forward.
The new playground has a small structure with wave slide, climbing wall, scrambling wall, ladder, shop front and speak and listen system. Also a thick rope traverse, log steps, small birds nest swing, standard swings, basketball court and climbing cube with rope nets, suspended ladder and climbing wall.
Unshaded table and seat. The playground is located next to an oval, Tally Ho Tennis Club and a smallish grassy area dotted with trees.
The reserve is home to the Waverley Blues Junior Football Club, Monash Cricket Club, Glen Waverley Cougars Cricket Club and the Tally Ho Tennis Club.
A circular path is available for individual exercise use along with an off-lead dog area.
