Syndal Softball Club (Wheelers Hill)
Syndal Softball Club started with the Syndal Primary School (now demolished) team in 1962 and has played continuously since. Our Club has a policy of recruiting and training juniors, also giving all players equal opportunity to compete regardless of grading. We regard ourselves as a family orientated club with parents welcomed both as supporters and helpers. Membership at present includes some with between 30 to 50 years involvement.
Our Club is prominent in having players selected to represent Waverley, Victoria and have had 10 players reach the ultimate in Australian representation.
