Surrey Park Outdoor Gym (Box Hill)

Gym equipment is located around the edge of the park. In the middle is an oval with football posts and there are also netball courts, cricket nets, basketball court and water tap. A circuit is 630m long.
Station #1 in the south west corner has a step up, sit up bench and push-up bar.
Station #2 on the south side has a walker.
Station #3 in the south-east corner has a body swing and body twist.
Station #4 on the east side has body weight dips, hyper extension and pullups.
Station #5 in the north west corner has a sit-up board.
