Sundowner Avenue Playground, Clarinda
Next to Neighbourhood House. Wooden structure with slide, climbing wall and fireman's pole. Also monkey bars, balance beam, hanging disks, swings, two skateboard springers and some funky wood/metal artwork. Seat without shade but there is a table under a tree. Water tap. Plenty of rubbish and debris scattered about.
