Stead Park Playground, Princes Highway, Corio
Big playground with a huge pyramid rope climbing frame, two large wooden structures, lovely snakes and ladders, basketball court, birds nest swing, springers, stand-on spinners and standard swings.
The smaller structure has a small steep slide, climbing wall, clock, steps, curved walkway, ladder with square rungs, speak and listen system, balance beam with obstacles and horizontal bars. The larger structure has a spiral slide, wave slide, fireman's pole, ladders, walkway, inclined balance beam, monkey bars, little climbing wall and flying fox.
There is also a little structure with steering wheel panel, distorting mirror and shop front.
Toilets, shelter with BBQ and tables, unshaded tables and seats, water tap, grassy area and outdoor gym. The playground is situated right next to KFC and McDonalds and so it is a good chance to burn off some excess calories.
