Southern Peninsula Amateur Radio Club (Capel Sound)
Southern Peninsula Amateur Radio Club is an active, community-based club for amateur radio, communications and electronics enthusiast. Prospective new members and visitors are most welcome.
Members meet each Thursday and Saturday from 9:30 am until 12:00 noon with special lecture events and activities monthly.
Southern Peninsula Amateur Radio Club conducts regular courses and assessments for all levels of Amateur Radio Operator Certificates.
Members conduct a 2 metre net each Sunday at 9.30 am via VK3RSP Mt Martha (146.675 mHz). VK3RSP is sponsored and maintained by Southern Peninsula Amateur Radio Club as a service to Amateur Radio operators. Southern Peninsula Amateur Radio Club also provides a free access IRLP Node, 6330 connected via this repeater.
Southern Peninsula Amateur Radio Club provides a range of stimulating, enjoyable activities including field days, public-relations events, practical construction sessions.
Southern Peninsula Amateur Radio Club enjoys close working relationships community groups, and participate in a range of community activities.
