South Barwon Reserve Dog Off Leash Area (Belmont)
South Barwon Reserve is an active sporting reserve within the larger Belmont Common Reserve. It has expansive open space used for a variety of recreational activities. The reserve has Belmont BMX Track, a mix of turf and hard wickets, four pavilions, cricket practice nets and three lots of public toilets.
South Barwon Reserve is used by the following clubs: Alexander Thomson Cricket Club, Geelong Obedience Dog Club, Marshall Cricket Club, South Barwon Cricket Club and Target Rifle Geelong.
Note: Sporting grounds and ovals in the Greater Geelong area can be used for dog off leash activities outside of regular sport or training times.
