Somers Street Playground, Mitcham
A fully fenced playground which has a gate which can't be locked. The fence is actually to keep animals out and not children in! Surrounded by tall trees, the play equipment is not that inspiring and I'm not convinced even animals would want to play here.
The main structure has a ladder leading to a spiral slide attached to the climbing cube with climbing wall, climbing nets and sections to traverse across. There is also a standalone chain traverse, swings with short chains, sphere which spins around and a springer-seesaw. Some shaded seats.
