The Play Centre was called Big Slide for a reason - there are lots of big slides. On the side wall there is a three level high wave slide with three lanes and a very steep section at the top. It feels a bit scary at the top and is fast. These slides were built in sections and you can definitely feel where some of the sections join as you come down. There is also a two level high wavy slide with three lanes. To compliment these slides is a fairly fast, short, steep (almost vertical) slide.

When you first enter the Centre you feel that it is small but there is a lot of stuff here. The spacious area for under 4 year olds is fenced with a safety gate and has a jumping castle, play house, lot of ride-on bikes and cars. There are also five tables in this area.

The main structure has a very large inclined wall with rock climbing holds, lots of levels, obstacles, Burmese bridge, two tunnel slides which go down one level, a two level high spiral slide, ramps, moving hanging disks, helicopter cockpits and jumping castle.

There are four fairly simple party rooms separated by lowish walls with paintings on the rear wall.

On a warm day it was very hot inside since cooling relies on some fans above the seating areas. The higher up you went the hotter it become. Service was slow and inattentive and the food was expensive. This is a place where you come for the equipment and not the service.

The surface of the floor was artificial surface used for playing sports on and wasn't very soft for kids to crawl around on. There were old newspapers and magazines available and a TV near the seating area. Toilets were clean and well maintained.
