Selwyn Park Ninja Warrior Course (Albion)
The Ninja Warrior training course features lot of ninja style elements including a climbing wall, balancing ropes, rope bridge, monkey bars, climbing nets, scrambling walls and a big Ninja wall.
Included is a a 'Ninja Up and Over' which combines a 3-step climbing challenge incorporating a rockwall, drop and scramble over a climbing net.
Even if you aren't an aspiring Ninja Warrior, there are a number of items which have play value for children of all age ranges, and teens and adults can choose to use individual items to add a workout element to their neighbourhood walk or jog.
Selwyn Park also has a playground and outdoor gym. The Ninja course is located on the east side of the reserve.
