Saltwater Reserve Fenced Dog Park (Point Cook)

The fenced area is in the shape of a half oval and is fairly small (up to 50m wide and up to 75m long). There are multiple entrances with single (not double) gates. This means that some dogs can get out when people come in.

There is a water tap with bowl outside the north east entrance but it would be better to have the water tap inside the fenced area.

There is a shelter and a bin near the western entrance. There are some weave poles, table and V-shaped bridge to provide some activities for the dogs.

Dog owners have left a lot of balls around for the dogs to play with. Unfortunately the council mows the grass before removing any of the dog toys and so there can be bits scattered about which dogs will eat.

The dog park is located near the corner of Saltwater Promenade and Middleton Drive.

There is a basic playground about 100m away and lots of other recreational facilities in the reserve.
