Rush HQ (Rowville)
Rush HQ is Melbourne's most exciting indoor adventure park.
Areas include Mt. Madness high ball bouldering wall foam pit, The Gauntlet obstacle course, Dodgeball court, Junior Jumpers area with a world of inflatables, free jump trampolines and foam pit, Jump n Slam and trampoline areas.
Some attractions are not open during weekdays except during school holidays.

Rush HQ was previously named Jump Factory and has moved from a pure trampoline centre to an indoor adventure centre with climbing and high obstacle course activities added to the mix.
There is lot packed into the centre and it includes a special area for younger kids called Junior Jumpers which is based around inflatables.
In the central area is a compact obstacle course set at two heights, one close to the ground and the other a few metres above the ground. Spread around this central area is a slam dunk area with four long trampolines with a basketball net at the end, an area with three trampolines which you bounce along and land in a foam pit, six trampolines which have a foam pit at one end and wooden walls on one side which you can run up, a reasonable size free jumping area, dodgeball court and a large climbing area with vertical and overhanging climbing walls with one overhanging section over a foam pit.
It should be noted that some of the more exciting activities are not open during the week except on school holidays.
There is an elevated viewing area for parents overlooking the centre and a decent cafe.
We have had a number of birthday parties here and they have always been good.
