Rupanyup - Woods Farming and Heritage Museum
Featuring a huge range of farming and household memorabilia dating back to the 1920s, the Woods' Farming & Heritage Museum offers fantastic insights into Australia's rural heritage. Local brothers Michael and John Woods, who founded the museum, have been working on their display since the 1980's - which started with pieces from their grandparent's farm.
The extensive collection has grown considerably over the years, and in addition to a range of tractors, tools and household items, the museum also includes complete room displays of a grocery store, butcher and hospital setting of the past. Spanning two large sheds, there is something new to unearth around every corner.
