Roraima Nursery (Lara)
Roraima Nursery is a unique and exciting nursery situated in Lara on the outskirts of Geelong.
Specialising in unusual, exotic, drought-tolerant and architectural plants, Roraima Nursery also offers a large variety of natives, perennials, ferns, palms, bottle trees, and one of the largest selections of cacti and succulents in Victoria.
Set within two acres of stunning display gardens, Roraima Nursery is a source of inspiration for plant enthusiasts and home gardeners alike.
The Flame Tree Cafe operates from the Roraima Nursery main carpark. Providing barista coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold drinks, and snacks, the Cafe offers outdoor seating in the shade of Illawarra Flame Trees, or undercover in the adjacent bush shelter.

Roraima Gardens - More than two acres of stunning display gardens are now open at Roraima Nursery. Combining a unique terrain with innovative landscaping ideas using rocks, industrial artefacts, and recycled materials, the gardens showcase how cacti and succulents can be combined with other plants such as palms and pines to create a beautiful and dramatic garden that is both low in maintenance and requires little water.
Explore the winding pathways, view the amazing garden art, or relax under the shade of peppercorn trees. Around every bend there is something new to discover.
Opening Hours:
The nursery is open daily from 9am till 5pm (Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, and Good Friday)
Roraima's display gardens are open daily from 9am till 4:30pm.
Cost:
The nursery is free and entry to the gardens is by gold coin donation.
Access for Dogs:
Dogs are welcome provided they are on a lead.
