Rippleside Park Adventure Playground, Bell Parade, Rippleside
A community built wooden Adventure playground built over six days in 2001 with all the usual ramps, walkways, steps, nooks and crannies to explore.
There is an area for younger kids as well as the main area for older kids. The main structure includes a tunnel slide, spiral side, dual wave slides, scrambling wall, tyre ladder, traverses, monkey bars, rubber bridge, monkey rungs, chain ladders, tic-tac-toe, fireman's pole and low horizontal base. There are also five swings (with safety chains), rotating/twisting swing with a plastic tyre seat and a flying fox. There is a separate play area for younger kids which has a structure with tunnel slide, cubby area, rubber bridge and wooden engine. Also two swings with safety chain and sandpits.
The area is enclosed by a fence with wide entry/exit area. There are shaded tables, unshaded seats, water tap and toilets. Next to a huge grassy area.
