Ricketts Point Dog Off Leash Area (Beaumaris)



The Ricketts Point Marine Sanctuary foreshore area between Fourth Street and McGregor Avenue is a dog off leash area at certain times of the year. This area is also known as Beaumaris North Beach.
Off-leash Area:

Access for Dogs:
Peak period: 1 November - 31 March
Dogs are prohibited between 10am and 7.30pm, and dogs must be on-leash between 7.30pm and 10am.
Off Peak period: 1 April - 31 October
Dogs are permitted off leash at all times.
Dogs are prohibited at all times on all inter-tidal rock platforms within the Ricketts Point Marine Sanctuary.
