Rhyll Beach (Phillip Island)
Rhyll is a quiet little village where you can get out in the boat, catch a fish for lunch and spend the day on the beach with the family. Rhyll Beach is popular with families due to the low waves and scenic outlook. The beach is a great place for a wide range of activities, including sailing, kayaking, swimming, beach games, fishing and boating.
The beach is sandy at high tide and has mudflats during low tide. Rhyll is also home to a jetty, boat ramp, fishing club and yacht club. Boat hire is available from the local marine shop.
There are toilets, sealed car parks, barbecue and picnic facilities and food is available at the local tavern, restaurants, cafes and the general store offers food, hot and cold drinks, bait, sunscreen, ice and fishing licences.
