Farm Activities
There are always new 'Babies' in the huge indoor farmyard where everyone can have hands on experiences - all in their own time and comfort zone. The only predictable part of Macka's Farm is that kids of all ages will have the time of their lives. The big shed has lots to see and do and will be the focus for many of you.
Learning how to feed the slurpy calves is fun and we do that twice daily. Finding eggs in the hay is exciting and involves observation and understanding the hens.
There are always cute babies to hold - rabbits, piglets and often Macka will have a lamb or other suprises. Many of our guests will be lucky enough to witness new animals come into the world - an unforgettable experience.
Once the milking is done and all the animals fed, the big shed is still full of things to see and do. It may be time for a swing on the rope, catch a trout or an eel in the dam then cook it on the BBQ or campfire.
Enjoy amazing sunsets and clear, sparkling starry night skies around the campfire.
