A very large fenced area, 580 x 80m in size between Sandpiper Drive and Kings Way. There is one connection to local streets to the north with a gate and bin and one connection to local streets to the south with a gate and bin. At Sandpiper Drive there are two sets of double gates, unshaded seat, bin and water tap with bowl. The sides are bordered by fences of neighbouring houses and there is a row of trees along one side. There is one unshaded seat in the middle.

There are three off-leash areas connected together. In the middle is the Kings Rd - Sandpiper Dr Fenced Dog Park, to the north west is the Kings Rd - Robertsons Rd Dog Off Leash Area and to the south east is the Sandpiper Dr - Melton Hwy Dog Off Leash Area.
