Pope Road Playground, Blackburn
There is a twenty minute parking limit but don't worry - you're not likely to stay here more than 20 minutes. Tiny structure with wave slide, steps, telescope, shop front, chain bridge and balance beam. Also see-saw, springer and swings. Shaded seat and some grassy area.
