Phar Lap Drive Playground, Doncaster

An exciting playground with a very high tower which has a curved tunnel slide. To reach the slide choose from a high slanting rope ladder, vertical rope net ladder, hooped metal ladder or a rope bridge which leads from a lower section which has a tunnel, steps, fireman's pole and small wave slide.

Around the base of the tower is an xylophone, speak and listen system, see-saw made from a big wooden log, three vertical logs with climbing holds and a springer.

Logs on the ground lead up to a great area with a climbing course with rope nets, wooden log bridge and thick suspended rope. Another area has a series of logs and stumps to traverse across.

The whole playground area is surrounded by big rocks and logs to walk along and jump across. In addition, there are three swings.

There is a nice grassy area which slopes quite a bit and is dotted with trees. Beside the playground area is a picnic area with two tables and BBQ plus an area with two unshaded seats and a water tap.
