Party Place Playground, Point Cook
The playground is located in Party Place and certainly lives up to its name. In one corner is a play structure which is a riot of shapes and colours which has a curved scrambling wall, fireman's pole, rope traverse, inclined climbing wall and curved slide. Next to this is Gardeners' Corner with a number of huge flower pots with the largest one having steps leading up to a slide. Any kid would be potty not to try this fun slide. There are also flower pot stepping stones, a flower pot cubby and flower pot cave.
There are a series of green and orange pipes in various shapes to climb on, a couple of lime green and metal objects (with an unknown function) and a row of truly delightful musical blue and silver penguins with changers to make beautiful clanging music.
There is a big rectangular sandpit with sand play tables.
Two shelters with tables and BBQs, seven unshaded tables/seats and a water tap. Next to the playground is a big grassy area with balance beam and horizontal bars. On the far side of the grassy area is an interesting sculpture.
