Parliament Gardens and Coles Fountain (Melbourne)
The fountain has curtains of water which offers respite from the heat on a hot day. There are some nice gardens with sloping grassy areas, memorial statue to Pastor Sir Douglas and Lady Gladys Nicholls who fought for the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across Australia. Unshaded seats and water tap and close to Parliament Train Station.
