Paradise Parade Playground, Point Cook
Great playground which stretches out along a path which is near a big pond. The lower wooden structure has a curved slide, musical bridge, steering wheel panel, shop front, clock panel, tic-tac-toe, musical instrument with pipes, little curved tunnel, climbing wall, abacus and stepping stones. This area also has a colourful bike springer and swings. Shaded seat. Moving along the path there is a huge shelter with two tables and BBQs plus unshaded seats and family sized see-saw.
The main structure has a twisting tunnel slide, dual wave slides, climbing wall, hanging disks, rope bridge, speak and listen system, walkways, metal pipes, shop front, ladder, climber, flying fox and spiders web rope climbing frame. Pentagonal shaped frame with five swings (without safety chain), horizontal bars and big disk spinner.
Lots of unshaded tables and seats. Some limited grassy area. Next to boardwalks over the water so need to be vigilant. There are ducks and large metal sculptures of fish eagles. The Alamanda Cafe and Providore is close by.
