Paine Reserve Playground, Mason Street, Newport
In the corner of a grassy area is a playground with a wooden train type structure with a wave slide, climbing wall and ladder to the roof. There is also a log and net jumble climbing frame, log steppers, big log see-saw, low monkey bars, xylophone, birds nest swing and two standard swings. There is quite a lot of wood which would make a great location for a wood cutters convention.
Some unshaded seats. There is a table tennis table about 20m away plus a shelter with a seat and water tap.
