Norman Luth Reserve Playground, Christopher Street, Springvale
Not the most pleasant setting but it does pack a lot of firepower in terms of equipment - maybe enough to satisfy Rambo (in Rambo IV but not Rambo I). Big dual wave slides, hanging steps, swings, see-saw, springers, large suspended walkways, rope climbing frame, climbing wall, flying fox and monkey bars. BBQ and picnic tables under a shelter.
