The Noojee Heritage Centre showcases the region's timber and railway past, providing an insight into the lives and culture of those living in bygone days. Enjoy a trip to the replica of the original Noojee Railway Station, with its 1950's J class locomotive. This is a must for all history buffs, railway enthusiasts, visitors to the Baw Baw region and for locals. In 2014 the rebuilt station was opened and houses the Noojee Heritage Centre with fascinating storylines, engaging displays and enthusiastic volunteers to help you discover and interpret the past.
From the Noojee Heritage Centre you can move on to explore other attractions in the area: The Noojee Trestle Bridge and Rail Trail, The Loch Valley Tramway Walk, the Water Wheel Walk, Toorongo and Amphitheatre Waterfalls, The Ada Tree and Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort.
