Skylark Sports has a ninja program which is a fusion of parkour, gymnastics, trampolining and ninja techniques. Ninjas conquer in-class challenges and elude imaginary opponents. Kids learn to go over, under, around or through any obstacle in their path, physical or psychological. The program has been developed for kids 5 to 17 years.

Ninja Fit Classes are the ultimate Australian Ninja Warrior training class to learn how to dynamically take on every obstacle in the Ninja Warrior Course, from Spider Webs to Roman Rings. Learn from expert Ninja Warriors as they guide you on the best techniques of freeform movement and practice on the Australian Ninja Warrior course. Try out the Ninja Fit Schedule (Kids) if your Little Ninja wants to be the next Ninja Warrior, or maybe they just want to climb and have fun for fitness. The classes focus on developing your little Ninja's fitness, coordination and confidence as they develop the physical and mental skills to conquer the courses obstacles and challenges.
At an Australian Ninja HQ party kids can reach their ninja dreams and learn how to scale the ninja obstacle course.

Bounce Inc (Glen Iris)
Features an adventure challenge course combining elements of climbing, jumping and free-running which includes aspects of Parkour and Ninja Warrior. Each element can be explored as a stand-alone challenge or navigated as one circuit. Ultimately, the aim is to get from the start to the end of the course in the fastest and most awesome way possible.
The Terrain Park incorporates 14 different elements with varying routes for beginners through to experts. The elements include a Parkour course, a series of free-spinning rollers to traverse, monkey bar traverse, spider climb negotiating your way between two perspex walls, curved wall, tri-station with a gymnastics beam, slackline or cargo net to scale the 20 foot gap, the iconic Ninja Warrior warped walls challenge, bouldering wall, wedge run, sea of pipes (navigate your way through the sea of suspended pipes), vault run (a chain of trampolines and vaults), rings (swing your way from one end of the course to the other on the gymnastic-grade rings), trapeze (a counter-weighted trapeze course) and a zipline.

Fighting Lyons (Essendon North)
Fighting Lyons runs a number of Ninja programs. The Mini Ninjas (3-5 years) program is a fun Ninja Warrior class for pre-schooler and kindergarten age children. In this class, the children are guided through various Ninja obstacle courses by instructors, have access to the 15 metre zip-line, and have a chance to conquer the warped wall. There are also junior Ninja (5-13 years), senior Ninja (14+), Holiday Ninja boot camps hosted by Ninja warriors where you can try out the obstacle course with warped walls, cliffhanger, lache apparatus and zipline plus Ninja Open Family training sessions.

The Compound Training (Bayswater North)
An indoor venue offering circuit training, Ninja Warrior Training, obstacle training, Kids Ninja sessions and Ninja parties. The Ninja course has approximately 30 different obstacles similar to those you'll find on Australian Ninja Warrior. Obstacles include the salmon ladder, cliffhanger, spider wall, cannonball alley, flying nunchucks, ring toss, rope climb plus many more. The obstacles are changed on a regular basis, just to keep it interesting.

Other places offering Ninja classes include Acro Kids in Mordialloc and Mornington who offer Kinder Ninja classes for kids who love obstacle courses, running, climbing and jumping off everything.
BKs Gymnastics has a Free G program for 7+ years. This program uses a back ground of parkour, free running and tricking. It is designed to encourage the more enthusiastic gymnast who is interested in the Ninja Warrior movement. Locations for BKs Gymnastics include Craigieburn, Hoppers Crossing, Noble Park North and Bacchus Marsh.
Essendon Keilor Gymnastics Academy in Airport West has Ninja themed parties which kids of all ages and skill level can join the action.
Twisters Gymnastics Club at Ascot Vale and Northcote has Ninja Gym classes for kids aged 4 to 12 years which is a combination of ninja, gymnastics, obstacle course and parkour skills, including jumping, climbing, swinging, leaping, rolling and flipping.

The obstacle course is located next to the popular adventure playground which has picnic facilities and a full size basketball court with rings and metal soccer goals at each end. The course has quin steps, jungle bars, pole forest, big fling, plank, rock hop, up and over, rail climb, downward cargo net, inside out bars, cliffhanger and field of rings.
Selwyn Park Ninja Warrior Course (Albion)
The Ninja Warrior training course features lot of ninja style elements including a climbing wall, balancing ropes, rope bridge, monkey bars, climbing nets, scrambling walls and a big Ninja wall.

There is a fantastic outdoor gym next to an excellent playground which has a basketball court, table tennis table, small Hot Shots tennis court and Ninja course with spread butterfly wings, high hurdle bars, parallel bars, banked turn, climbing wall with nets on the sides, balance beams and metal ladder with chain wall.
There is also a Ninja course at 25 Forrest Street, Sunbury and a mini Ninja playground at Ray Canobie Reserve, Duncan Drive, Pakenham.
