In the south east corner of the park is a playground and skate park with a bin and water tap without a bowl, and in the north east corner is a fenced off Athletics Track.
There is only a small portion of the park which is a dog off leash area. This is the strip of land running east-west at the north side of the athletics track and north-south between Douglas Parade and the athletics track. There is a nice outdoor sculpture also. All these areas are on leash. The dog off leash area has a bin.
