Mordialloc Theatre Company (Parkdale)
Mordialloc Theatre Company is a community based theatre group which presents five plays each year in the Shirley Burke Theatre in Parkdale.
Mordialloc Theatre Company presents five productions a year, covering a range of genres, drama, comedy, thriller, farce. The Company has several resident directors, but guest directors are brought in too, and space is also made for emerging directors, since these are the people that the company will rely on for its future.
As with most community theatre companies, we are always on the lookout for new members to enjoy participation in and contribute to the Company's success.
Opening Hours:
We usually rehearse three times a week, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Sundays either afternoon or evening, depending on what the cast want. Our rehearsal venue is the Guide Hall, Glebe Avenue, Cheltenham (off Charman Road). We start set build in the Shirley Burke Theatre two weeks before each show opens, and then run for 11 performances over three weekends.
