Monbulk Clematis Adult Riding Club (Monbulk)
The Monbulk Clematis Adult Horse Riding Club was founded in 1983, making it one of the oldest clubs in the state. We have fantastic facilities in a beautiful location at Wards Road Reserve in Monbulk. The club is small, fun and friendly with approximately 30 members. Our members and and their horses range in experience from beginners to advanced. We cater for all abilities in a safe and supportive environment using some of Australia's best instructors. The club is for adults 18 years and over.
Rallies are held on the second Sunday of the Month. The rally format consists of two lessons, usually consisting of a dressage lesson in the morning, followed by a jumping or poles lesson in the afternoon. Lunch is included in the lesson fees and is a good time to socialize. All instructors that teach at the Club are qualified.
Monbulk Clematis Adult Riding Club is a very social club but there are quite a few members who also enjoy getting out and about competing, with a lot of the local events having Monbulk - Clematis members competing. The top teams events also usually have a Monbulk - Clematis team attending. Apart from the rallies and competitions, there are usually some clinics organized during the year, which may be weekend or day affairs. Then there are the just social events, often without the presence of a horse.
