Led by esteemed pastry chef and chocolatier Drew Maddison, the Ministry of Chocolate is unique in its approach, allowing its customers to see and feel connected to the production process - a concept based on practices seen in Europe.
We create everything from delectable pralines and bars to chocolate-coated honeycomb, hot chocolate shavings, chocolate stilettos, footballs, frogs and more!
The factory outlet is located in Croydon.
