Mickleham North Community Centre Storytime
The Storytime programs at Hume libraries and Community Centres are designed to support the literacy development of children between 0 to 5 years.
Baby Bounce
For children between the age of 0 to 12 months. Enjoy gentle movements and rhymes as a first introduction to reading.
Rhyme Time
For children up to 3 years old. Learn rhymes and how to engage your child in reading.
Chatterbox
For children between the age of 3 to 5 years old. Chatterbox encourages conversations and imaginative play between you and your child.
Storytime
For children between the age of 3 to 5 years old. Listen to stories and complete craft activities with your child designed to help children develop a lifelong love of reading.
Bilingual Storytime
For children between the age of 3 and 5 years old. Listen to stories and join in for rhymes in both English and either Arabic, Assyrian, Punjabi, Sinhala or Turkish.
Please note that Baby Bounce, Rhyme Time, Chatterbox and Storytime programs do not run during School Holidays.
